The World Cafe was developed by Juanita Brown and David Isaacs in the 1990s. They created this conversational process to facilitate meaningful dialogues and engage people in exploring complex issues in a collaborative and participatory manner. It has since been widely used in various settings to promote dialogue, collective learning, and innovative problem-solving.
 

🤝 Engagement: Used at conferences, workshops, and community events.
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Table Setup: Small groups with facilitators, each discussing a specific topic or question.
🔃 Rotation: Participants switch tables, contributing insights and fostering collaboration, if they want to do so.
🧠 Collective Wisdom: Encourages active listening, idea sharing, and collaborative problem-solving.
